Some Quick FAQ’s

Yes — but only on the Business or Creator plan with WordPress.com, which allows custom themes and plugins.

That said, many users choose self-hosted WordPress for more flexibility and better long-term value. We recommend hosting through providers like WPEngine, Flywheel, SiteGround, or using our hosting option at Hello You Designs.

Proper Hosting & Domain name – Self hosted (aka WordPress.org) or the Business/Creator Plan on WordPress.com.

All of our themes run on the free version of Kadence, you do not need Kadence Pro to run your theme.

Due to the nature of Digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ask all questions before you buy.

If they are personal sites, as many as you would like, the theme is yours. If you are a developer creating it for a client site, we ask that you only use it once. Resale of the theme is not allowed.

Support includes everything demonstrated in the theme, as well as ensuring compatibility with the latest version of WordPress.

Customizations refer to any modifications or additions beyond the original design — including new features, typography changes, or advanced styling requests.

Help with third-party plugins or custom functionality is considered outside of standard theme support.

Yes, you can add on the Install option. The install will set the theme up just like the demo (within 24 business hours usually), ready for you to input your content.

All themes are fully customizable, allowing you to adjust fonts, colors, and styling directly in the live editor.

Some themes include premium fonts that are licensed for web use only. If you’d like to use them outside of your website, a separate license is required from the font creator.

Every theme is built to be SEO-friendly and fully responsive on all devices.

With the live editor, you can control exactly how your site appears on mobile, ensuring a tailored experience for your visitors.

Themes are also optimized for fast performance and Core Web Vitals.

This depends on the theme. Some have images that can be used for personal use, while others do not. If you see an HYD watermark on an image, it is not for personal use.

Some themes come with premium fonts. Those premium fonts are only for use in the theme. To use on your desktop a license would need to be purchased from the font creator. If it is an HYD font you can find those here.

Yes — Kadence Themes can be used with Elementor.

If you choose Elementor, you’ll need to build your pages directly within it, as Kadence Builder layouts and the Block Library are not compatible with Elementor pages.

Please note: this theme is not designed specifically for Elementor, so support does not cover Elementor-related setup or customization.

Your existing content will not be removed during the import process.

The demo import will add the theme’s design and sample content, allowing you to recreate the layout. Your homepage, navigation, and other key pages will need to be rebuilt using the new structure.

If your site is already live, we recommend using a coming soon page or working on a staging site while you make changes.
