Do I need to purchase the Genesis Framework in addition to your theme?
I don’t want to use some of the widgets I see in the theme, is that possible?
Yes! You can skip widget areas all together and have your blog stream on the front page.
Can I easily change the colors?
Each theme is set to change the main colors of the theme with the color customizer. Header, Footer and link color. If you are comfortable with CSS you will be able to easily find and change the HEX codes.
Can I use a logo or do I have to use text?
Each theme allows you to upload your unique logo. Each theme is set to accept a certain size logo, so it is best to optimize your logo to fit the theme before trying to upload it.
How do I size my logo right?
The easiest way is to find the recommended size for your theme, then head over to picmonkey.com > hover over Design > select Custom & enter in your themes recommended header dimensions. Then place your logo on the canvas and stretch or shrink it to the height of the canvas. Don’t worry about white space on the sides and make sure the logo is centered. Save as a .png file for quality and then upload the logo to the theme.
What kind of support do you offer?
Each theme comes with lifetime theme support and detailed setup instructions. During business hours 9-5, M- F we promise a same day response time.
Do keep your themes up to date as WordPress changes?
We update the themes often as WordPress and main plug-ins change. You will never have to worry about one of our themes becoming outdated or incompatible because of age.
How many sites can I use my new theme on?
If they are personal sites, as many as you would like, the theme is yours. If you are a developer creating it for a client site, we ask that you only use it once. Resale of the theme is not allowed.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products we do not offer refunds.
Do your themes work with Blogger or WordPress.com?
Our themes only work with self hosted WordPress sites and are not set up to work with Blogger or WordPress.com.
