Before you reach out though please make sure that you have viewed the setup guides and also the trouble shooting page to see if your issue is addressed there. Please understand that our Support only covers what you see in the demo, anything custom is not considered support and there may be an additional service fee for it.
Support vs Customizations…
Support covers what you see in the demo and making sure that everything works correctly with the latest versions of WordPress or Genesis. Customizations would be considered anything you want to add or change to the theme that may not already be in it. Examples are, additional features to your website, moving widget areas around, changing fonts, etc. We would love to provide you a quote for any customizations you would like.
** We respond to support tickets within 24 hours (business). If you have not heard from support with in 24 (business) hours please check spam. Many times our responses will get filtered there. Keep in mind our team does not work weekends. All other non-support related requests will be responded to within 48hours. Support requests sent in after business hours Friday, will be responded to by 4pm (Mountain time) Monday. Also be sure to have your email address correct above or we will not be able to respond. **
