In order to use the Block Library you must be using a Kadence Child Theme. It does not have to be one of our themes.

General Support Covers troubleshooting for blocks and general usage questions.

Premium Support – Includes license key installation and light assistance with small adjustments to your site.

This can include things like:

  • Installing fonts
  • Adjusting image or layout sizing
  • Minor text or content edits
  • Simple layout tweaks (e.g., flipping or rearranging sections)

Premium Support is limited to 2 requests per month, and each request must be a quick adjustment (approximately 5 minutes or less to complete).

This support is intended for small refinements, not full page design or custom development.

If a request requires more time or deeper customization, we’ll provide a custom quote before proceeding.

Yes, part of your Premium Support is help installing your license key, or removing it from a website to use on another website.

Due to the nature of Digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ask all questions before you buy.

They are a mini version of the full theme. They include the core structure of your website — navigation, footer, sidebar, and essential plugin settings used by each theme.

They give you a clean starting point so you can build your site from scratch, without unnecessary demo content or pre-filled pages.

Instead of removing content you don’t need, you start with a lightweight foundation and only create the pages you actually want.

No. The pages will take on the fonts and colors of your current theme.

You will still have access to your theme library and additional access to the custom library you added.

If you remove the license key from a site, you will no longer have access to it in your Library editor. Any block you built on a page or post will stay and still fully function.

Each purchase includes use on up to 5 websites. If you need to use the collection on more sites, additional licenses will be required.

You can easily manage and update which websites are connected to your license from your account dashboard at any time.

As the Hello You Design collection grows, you’ll automatically receive access to all new releases and block updates while your license is active.
