In order to use the Block Library you must be using a Kadence Child Theme. It does not have to be one of our themes.

General Support covers trouble shooting of blocks and general use.

Premium Support – Includes install of license key. And covers 5 min or less help with modifications/customizations. Example, you need fonts loaded, help adjusting the blocks such as image sizing, wording adjustments, flipping of content, etc. This is limited to 2 modifications per month, and need to take less than an estimated 5 mins to complete. We are not here to design or fully customize a page. This is for basic general help. Anything that may take longer to complete we will provide a quote.

Yes, part of your Premium Support is help installing your license key, or removing it from a website to use on another website.

These are theme zip files that only contain the settings for the navigation, footer, and sidebar. As well as the basic plugins that each theme uses. This gives you a jump start on your design and lets you start from a clean slate without all the extra pages installed. That way you do not have to delete a bunch of demo data. Create only the pages/content you want on your website, without having to delete a bunch of demo content.

No. The pages will take on the fonts and colors of your current theme.

You will still have access to your theme library and additional access to the custom library you added.

If you remove the license key from a site, you will no longer have access to it in your Library editor. Any block you built on a page or post will stay and still fully function.

You will need to purchase multiple licenses as it will only cover 5 websites.

You have the ability to manage your key and what sites it is used on in your account area. This will let you update the site being used if needed.

Yes, as the HYD collection grows, you will have access to anything new, or any block updates for as long as your license key is good for. These will automatically update in your library as they are released.
